Internship opportunity in Latin America
“BU Nourish International is excited to present its annual International Development Internship abroad to … Bolivia ! Our chapter’s mission is to “Eradicate Poverty by Engaging Students and Empowering Communities” through sending committed students on internship projects abroad. For this upcoming project, interns will go on a 6 week long trip to enhance local development in a Bolivian rural community.
This year, we are collaborating with Boston College Nourish International chapter. We will be closely working with our partner, CECAM Bolivia, to implement a sustainable development project in the town of Cochabamba. We will be developing ecological technologies and workshops to improve women’s health and sanitation. The internship will start at the end of May through beginning of July.
This student volunteer internship is a great opportunity to gain experience working in the field of international development, to develop leadership as well as language skills, but also to create valuable connections with communities abroad.
