World Vision is seeking a talented Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to work on a USAID Integrated Nutrition & WASH grant based in Kigali, Rwanda. We are seeking someone experienced in qualitative and quantitative M&E data collection and analysis methods, including tracking outcome indicators.

The M&E Specialist will lead the development of and manage the Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) for the Integrated Nutrition & WASH Grant. She/he will work with the Team to build capacity on the use of data and indicators; analyze monthly data, and support training in quality assurance methods. Finally, the Specialist will lead the process of recruiting an external evaluation team to conduct rigorous baseline and final evaluations for the project that access impact and drive programmatic learning. *Position is contingent upon grant award*
