According to the latest U.N. Report on Climate Change, scientists are observing unprecedented changes in the Earth’s climate. Immediate action is necessary, and efforts require collective, bold action on a global scale.
Wealthier nations have a responsibility and opportunity to take the lead in not only funding climate efforts but also setting progressive policy. If not addressed immediately, the devastation from climate change will continue to wreak havoc on communities across the globe, especially those from socioeconomically disadvantaged populations.
