As IT Client Support Specialist, Ethan is a key member of the Global Programs Technology Support (GPTS) team. He is responsible for meeting the desktop client support needs of all units within Global Programs and acts as a unifying point of contact for all IT-related needs of Global Programs and its units.

Prior to joining GPTS, Ethan worked in the User Services and Service Desk divisions of the IT departments at Framingham State University and UMass Amherst. In addition, Ethan also works as an E-Bike Technician for a local business.

Ethan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Boston University. Ethan has a CompTIA A+ certification.
