Howard Eichenbaum was a professor in the Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences, as well as the Director of the Center for Memory and Brain and the Cognitive Neurobiology Laboratory at Boston University. His research centered on neuropsychological studies of the nature of memory loss in animals and electrophysiological recording studies that sought to determine how information is represented. He was selected as an Institute Research Fellow in January 2017.
