Kim is a creative strategist who is known in the private sector and non-profit world for her brand building, management, and operations acumen. Kim has held senior leadership positions at a variety of top Boston advertising agencies like Arnold Worldwide, Hill Holliday, and Digitas, as well as owned her agency in the South End for several years.

Throughout her career, Kim has helped organizations communicate their message and mission in all touchpoints internally and externally. Clients have included Bose Corporation, AT&T, athenahealth, JP Morgan Chase, Tufts Health Plan, and Health Care For All. Also, Kim has many years of non-profit engagement in leadership roles at
organizations like Planned Parenthood, The Social Innovation Forum, and The Rian Immigrant Center.

A graduate of Brown University and the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern, Kim recently earned her Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.
