Olivia is a Counseling Psychology Ph.D. student specializing in Sport & Performance Psychology. Her research focuses on risk and protective factors for youth bias-based harassment across multiple social contexts. She is interested in evaluating programs targeted at reducing this harassment and hopes to contribute to lessening bias-based bullying. In the future, Olivia hopes to extend this work to the NCAA and understand perceptions of bias-based harassment among collegiate athletes and coaches.
