How do I get my audio to work?
- If in the middle of the meeting, perform the following steps:
- Make sure you are unmuted
- Select the three buttons that is associated to the more actions button
- Select Device Settings
- Next, select Audio Settings
- Lastly, select the speaker or microphone for your desired audio volume
How do I get my video to work?
- If in the middle of the meeting, perform the following steps:
- Select the three buttons that is associated to the more actions button
- Select Device Settings
- Next, select Video Settings
- Lastly, select the camera in order to look at the settings and turn it on/off.
