BU History PhD Beth Forrest Elected President of the Association for the Study of Food and Society
This past fall, BU History PhD Beth Forrest was elected president of the Association for the Study of Food and Society, the largest and oldest organization of food studies scholars in the US. Forrest is currently a Professor of Liberal Arts at the Culinary Institute of America.
