History Alumnus B. Chance Saltzman Confirmed Chief of U.S. Space Operations
On September 29, the Senate confirmed Lieutenant General B. Chance Saltzman to be the U.S. Space Force’s next Chief of Space Operations. General Saltzman graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in History in 1991. In an article published on the United States Space Force website, Saltzman’s predecessor General John Raymond states that he “couldn’t be more excited for the Saltzmans and for our Space Force.” He adds: “The team is in great hands.”
