PhD Student | U.S. environmental history and food history
Abigail Strayer entered the PhD program in the Fall of 2023. She earned her dual BA in History and Theatre from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. Her past research at Bucknell includes “A Tale of Three Cities: the Waterways of Milton, Sunbury and Lewisburg” that investigated defunct industrial sites that had previously depended on flowing water. Her advisor is Dr. Sarah Phillips, and she intends to study US environmental history, and food history.
