American reform movements
After teaching at Rhode Island College, Professor Kraditor came to Boston University in 1973, teaching in the field of modern U.S. reform movements. She is the author of The Ideas of the Woman Suffrage Movement, 1890-1920 and Means and Ends in American Abolitionism: Garrison and His Critics on Strategy and Tactics, 1834-1850 as well as editor of Up from the Pedestal: Documents on the History of American Feminism. She held fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation and National Endowment for the Humanities.
