CRC Graduate Housing Guarantee Payment

Applicant agrees to submit a Housing Guarantee Payment (HGP) in the amount of $500 concurrently with the submittal of this Application. Applicant understands that the HGP is a nonrefundable administrative application fee payment that shall be applied as a pre-payment towards the first month’s rent (the $500 HGP will be added as a credit on the students’ account) and shall be nonrefundable except in the event the applicant is not able to be assigned to a unit.

Monthly Rent Payment

Returning CRC graduate residents will receive two separate rent charges for the month July. The first will be half of the monthly rent at the 2024-2025 rate and the second will be half of the monthly rent at the 2025-2026 rate. CRC Graduate residents moving out on July 15, 2025, will only be charged for the first half of July.

For New CRC students, rent is due on the 1st of every month beginning August, 2025. You can make rent payments each month by entering your name, BU ID number and payment information online at bu.edu/paymyrent. Payment must be made by U.S. bank account. The monthly rent charges, payments and any related adjustments will be applied to your student account. You can view your student account on the MyBU Student Portal.
