Designed by F.A. Norcross, this Georgian Revival period row house in Brookline was built in 1912 as a residence for Ellis. L. Snider. Norcross, often given to Baroque and Renaissance inspiration, was very active in Brookline in the early twentieth century, especially in the nearby Coolidge Corner area, where he contributed dozens of residential and commercial designs.

The building at 7 Euston is less than a block off St. Mary’s Street in South Campus, a tranquil, private neighborhood, that features a mix of families, young professionals, and BU neighbors. Central campus is right over the BU Bridge, while a short walk across Beacon Street puts you in the Fenway area. Nearby, you’ll find groceries, restaurants, shops, and more. South sits between the B- and C-lines, giving you great access to the rest of Boston.

Off-campus feel, on-campus convenience: South Campus has it all!
