The John Hancock Student Village offers sweeping views of the Charles River and Boston skyline. It boasts two contemporary residences—10 Buick Street and 33 Harry Agganis Way, affectionally known as “StuVi-1” and “StuVi-2.”

They have all the bells and whistles of modern urban living and stand just around the corner from the University’s Fitness & Recreation Center (FitRec), Agganis Arena, restaurants, shops, and music venues. But the best part is the buzz generated by living in a village of your peers, all part of Terrier nation. There’re endless opportunities to meet new people and have your closest friends as neighbors. This is your community: make it what you want.

Freshmen and transfer students are not eligible to live in the Student Village residences during their first year.
