Where can I find my laundry room?
You can find your nearest laundry room here. To use the washers and dryers, you may need to add Convenience Points to your card. Email the Terrier Card Office to add Convenience Points to your card in increments of $25.
Who can help me with a facilities/ maintenance/ or pest control concern?
For non-emergency concerns, please contact your residence life office. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact the Facilities Management & Operations 24-hour service line at 617-353-2105.
Why was I not offered the room type I listed as my first preference in the application?
Room offers are provided based on the spaces available in our inventory. If you would like to explore other room types, please contact the Summer Housing Manager at sumhouse@bu.edu. Please include your BU ID (located on the top left corner of your offer letter starting with the letter U) when sending emails.
Where do I get mail or packages delivered?
An updated summer mailroom list will be posted closer to the summer term.
Is there a way to be on a payment plan and not pay for the room rate total upfront?
Room rate totals need to be fully paid upfront. We do not offer payment plans.
My internship has dates that are outside of the summer internship housing dates, can I still be housed at BU?
We will not extend a summer internship housing offer if your start or end date is outside of the dates we offer summer internship housing, even if you have alternative housing arrangements. Your internship housing dates are a direct result of the internship proof provided within the application.
What is the cancellation policy?
Refer to our cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions of the Residence License Agreement.
