Summer Residence & Dining Rates

Summer 2025

The Summer Housing Application is now open! Apply now!

This year, enjoy summer in the city with all the conveniences of living in BU Housing. We offer a variety of room types and locations that take the hassle out of looking for housing while you’re taking summer classes or working over the summer—or both!

The Summer 2025 housing rates listed below are for residence and dining, on a Residence License Agreement basis, for 6-week (summer session 1) and 12-week (summer session 1 & 2) summer sessions.

You have the flexibility to cancel the Residence License Agreement until the specified deadline, or if you officially terminate your student status with the University as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the Summer Residence License Agreement. If you miss the cancellation deadline, you are responsible for residence and, if applicable, dining plan rates for the entire period for which your Residence License Agreement is signed.

Please remember that your student account needs to be settled prior to the first day of each summer session.
