  • Talent Operations & Management facilitates the transition of new faculty and staff into the BU community and provides the tools and resources needed to support employee success, long-term engagement, and compliance with university policies.
    • For staff, our team provides support on background checks, pre-employment requirements,  onboarding, and data reporting.
    • For faculty, our team supports pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and data reporting.
