    • The program also offers a rebate of 15% of the commission (the side your agent represents) on the home that you are buying or selling when you close with your assigned agent.
    • In addition, Coldwell Banker Realty can also connect you with preferred providers for Mortgage, Household Moving, and Homeowners Insurance.
  • The Boston University Real Estate Office offers full-time faculty and staff the opportunity to live on campus through apartment rentals owned and managed by BU. For more information on who is eligible, the process for getting started, and more, please visit the BU Real Estate FAQ page
  • Boston University’s Off-Campus Services is a listing platform that is open to all Boston University students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The website allows you to browse listings of off-campus properties placed by individuals affiliated with BU, landlords, property managers, and real estate agents.
  • BU Today’s Getting to Know Your Neighborhood series is here to guide you on where to eat, shop, and hang in the many different neighborhoods throughout Boston.

You can find additional resources on housing & moving like Common Lease and Rental Terms, Apartment Condition and Safety resources, general Boston Rentals information, and more on our Medical Campus Housing Resources page. Please note that some of these resources are geared toward our student population.
