Medical-related Leaves
Effective January 1st, 2025, 100% of pay is provided through Paid Family and Medical Leave. If you need to take leave for your own serious health condition or injury, you can receive up to 26 weeks of leave up to full base pay.
If you need to take leave for a family member’s medical needs, you can receive up to 100% of base pay for up to 12 weeks of leave within any 12 month period.

Parental Leave
Effective January 1st, 2025, Parental Leave benefits provide 100% of pay If you need to take Parental Leave, you can receive up to 12 weeks of leave up to full base pay.
The benefit is available to any parent to bond with a newly-arrived child, whether through birth, adoption, foster care or surrogacy.
If you are a parent who gives birth, you are entitled to both a Personal Medical Leave and Parental Leave. These two leaves, combined, provide up to 26 weeks of paid leave.
