Change Management Essentials Workshop
This workshop teaches participants the theory, drivers, and tools to effectively lead individuals, teams and organizations through change. Participants will gain in-depth understanding about resistance and how to prepare and manage others through it. By using an online learning simulation, learners will gain experience and feedback in their response and ability to lead change.
