Coldwell Banker Real Estate Advantage Program

Boston University employees and immediate family members have access to the Real Estate Advantage Program, a valuable benefit when buying, selling, or refinancing a home. The Real Estate Advantage Program, offered through Coldwell Banker Realty, partners you with an experienced real estate agent from their preferred nationwide network. The program offers a rebate of 15% of the commission (the side your agent represents) on the home that you are buying or selling when you close with your assigned agent.

In addition to the real estate assistance, Coldwell Banker Realty can connect you with preferred providers for Mortgage, Household Moving and Homeowners Insurance.

These services are available nationwide to all Boston University faculty and staff, alumni of the University, and new employees who are joining the University.  The program is also available to immediate family of all eligible participants.

Boston University Rental Properties

Boston University offers an opportunity to live on campus through the Rental Property Management office, which leases apartments owned by the University to full-time faculty and staff. Apartments are not leased to undergraduate or graduate students, part-time faculty and staff, or those not affiliated with Boston University.
