General Increase: L2324 Employees actively employed on the effective date of increase will receive a general increase to their hourly rate. The increase percentage is determined by the negotiated rate in the
L2324 contract.
Performance Increase: L2324 employees are also eligible for a performance-based increase, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The employee receives an overall performance rating of at least “meets standard” (17).
- The employee completes his or her probationary period* on or before April 1 of the increase year.
- The employee is still actively employed on the effective date of the increase.
Years of Service: Per the L2324 contract, employees who have completed three years of service as of the effective date of the increase will be raised to the first quartile, and employees who have completed five years of service as of the effective date of the increase will be raised to the midpoint. Employees are only eligible for these adjustments if they receive an overall performance rating of at least “meets standard.” Employees receive either the General and Performance increase, or the Years of Service increase, whichever is greater.
