Academics

Faculty members of the Hearing Research Center are members of six academic departments within Boston University: Biology, the Center for Computational Neuroscience and Neural Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Speech, Language & Hearing Sciences, and the Division of Graduate Medical Sciences in the School of Medicine. Degree programs with hearing research components are offered by these departments; the Hearing Research Center does not offer degree programs. Prospective graduate students interested in hearing research should apply directly to the department or departments that interest them most.
