Faculty

For members of the BU faculty, we:

Funding

• Jointly support seed funding opportunities, including the IGS-led Sustainability Research Grant.
• Provide strategic oversight and management of Campus Climate Lab, including the solicitation and review of student-faculty team proposals and administering awards in partnership with BU Sustainability.

Events

• Host presentations and workshops on a wide variety of sustainability topics in any discipline.

Collaboration

• Collaborate on research projects within BU and with other academic institutions.
• IGS Visiting Researcher Program (currently seeking applications for 2024-2025)

Promotion

• Disseminate and publicize select research via our website and other channels.

Recognition

• IGS Sustainability Champion Award: awarded annually to a Boston University faculty member for their dedication to sustainability research.
