Wilson Rickerson, a Senior Fellow with the Boston University Institute for Global Sustainability (IGS), is President and Co-Founder of Converge Strategies, LLC (CSL). CSL focuses on the intersection of clean energy, resilience, and national security. The company works with government, military, academic, and private sector partners to deploy resilient clean energy in the face of climate change, vulnerable infrastructure, and determined adversaries.

Mr. Rickerson also serves on the management committee of Converge Federal Solutions (CFS). CFS is an integrated consulting and engineering company working to move climate and energy solutions from ideas to impact, with more than 2,500 professionals working in 60+ offices across the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to founding Converge Strategies, Mr. Rickerson served as the CEO of Meister Consultants Group (MCG) and led the company’s international climate and energy practice. Under his leadership, MCG advised partners in all 50 states, and in more than 60 countries, on energy and climate strategies.

Mr. Rickerson holds a Masters in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware and a B.A. in International Relations from the College of William & Mary. He is a Policy Fellow with the Center for Climate and Security and a Fellow with the Truman National Security Project.
