ILJ Online
The Boston University International Law Journal launched its ILJ Online publication series in the fall of 2014. ILJ Online exists to give practicing attorneys and legal academics a platform to publish short articles (~20 pages) on international and comparative law. We look to publishing one or two such articles per year, each of which will be put through the same editorial process as an article published in our print editions. Past topics have included an analysis of court decisions involving the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act, an argument in favor of a global legal scheme for terrorism risk insurance, and an examination of the United Nation’s legal immunity in US courts in the face of the Haitian cholera epidemic.
