Jon Gilbert

I joined Boston University and the Industry Engagement office in March of 2019. My role is to manage large alliances the University has with industry and to work on improving our processes to ensure and build strong industry partnerships. I bring to BU more than 19 years of industry and academic experience building and operating companies, managing projects, patenting and licensing technologies, negotiating industry agreements, and as a bench scientist.

I graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. degree in microbiology and molecular genetics.
