Technotonin Industries LLC was recently accepted into VentureWell’s E-Team Program! Founded by Arav Tyagi (ENG’27) and Antonio Marzoratti, Technotonin transforms standard manual wheelchairs into motorized ones in just three seconds with their Portable Affordable Wheelchair Enhancer (PAWE). Despite limited engineering experience, the duo developed their solution through self-education and extensive customer research, creating a device with hot-swappable batteries and customizable controls that accommodate various disabilities.

Technotonin Industries LLC received a $20,000 in non-dilutive funding and will take part of VentureWell’s nationally recognized Early-Stage Innovator Training Program, which provides student teams with the training, coaching, and peer networking opportunities that will help them launch their innovation. During Propel, the team will discover the best market for their invention, as well as outline possible pathways for the future.
