Lockout information

If you are locked out of the building or a specific area of the building during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-4pm), please call 617-353-2105 or contact Daniel Sheehan or Ben Reale directly.

If outside of normal business hours, call the general BU Facilities line at 617-353-2105. For custodial needs, contact 617-353-2109.

In the Event of an Emergency

Contact the Facilities Operations Service Center if you are on the Charles River or Fenway Campus at 617-353-2105, or the Control Center at 617-358-4144 if you are on the Medical Campus.
