Kathleen O’Neill Burgener (JD’04, LLM’05) joins Krokidas & Bluestein LLP as Of Counsel

(Boston, MA) FEBRUARY 15, 2018 –  Attorneys Anthony Leccese and Kathleen O’Neill Burgener (JD’04, LLM in Taxation’05) have joined Krokidas & Bluestein LLP’s transactional practice as Of Counsel.

Mr. Leccese comes to Krokidas & Bluestein after over 25 years at Rudolph Friedmann, LLP, and its predecessor, where, as a partner, he was a key member of the firm’s practice in the areas of real estate, business transactions, and banking, including asset-based and real estate lending. Prior to joining that firm, Mr. Leccese worked at Lane & Altman. He holds a BA from Boston College, and a JD from Cornell Law School.  Mr. Leccese has been recognized by Boston Magazine and Thomson Reuters as a Real Estate ‘Super Lawyer’ annually since 2014.

Ms. Burgener joins the firm from DLA Piper, where she was an associate for over nine years, advising clients on construction loans and other financings, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing matters, and large complex portfolio transactions. She began her legal career at Brown Rudnick LLP.  Ms. Burgener holds a BA from Colgate University, and a JD and LLM from Boston University School of Law.
