Josh Hiller (’99) joins Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP
Raleigh, N.C. — Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (CSH Law) today announced that Josh Hiller (’99) has joined its Raleigh office in an Of Counsel role. He will focus his practice in the area of Business Disputes & Litigation and Professional Liability, Defense.

Hiller has nearly twenty years of litigation experience representing companies and individuals in a wide variety of complex civil, commercial and business disputes. He has experience handling disputes involving complex commercial agreements of all types, fraud, unfair business practices and other business torts, corporate governance, controversies between competitors, and intellectual property rights. He has extensive experience before state and federal courts, in cases before the North Carolina and Massachusetts Business Courts, and in arbitrations.
Before joining CSH Law, he worked at law firms in Boston and North Carolina and founded Hiller Law. He received his law degree from the Boston University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
