Blue Cross Hires Becca Mix (LLM ’04) as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel
Mary Rebecca Mix (LLM ’04) has joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana as vice president, deputy general counsel. Mix brings nearly 20 years of experience in tax law, compliance and regulatory law, and corporate legal, administrative, and policy work to the nonprofit health insurer.
Mix will provide legal services to all areas of the company and its subsidiaries and assist Michele Calandro, Blue Cross’ chief administrative officer, general counsel, and secretary. Mix will manage various units of the Legal Department.
