Court Career Trek: Massachusetts Land Court

Curious about the work of specialty courts? Interested in real estate or land use law? Thinking about interning or clerking for a judge? Join the CDO for a career trek to the Massachusetts Land Court! The Land Court is a state specialty court that hears cases related to real estate and land use in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Students will have the opportunity to attend a trial presently scheduled for April 2, 2024, and meet with available judges thereafter for a question and answer session.
