Please join us on Monday, October 7th for a lecture by Donald Calloway BUSL '05. THe lecture will begin promptly at 12:45pm. Don Calloway (LAW 2005) will discuss upcoming efforts to litigate on behalf of America’s 1890 Land Grant Colleges and University communities to achieve recovery for federal funds improperly withheld from 1987-2020.  Don is a lead attorney in a coalition effort that is equal parts history lesson, higher education funding policy debate, and exercise in the pantheon of legal actions for reparations for state-sanctioned, intentional takings from Black institutions and citizens.
