He has been instrumental in building companies, establishing legal structures and compliance systems, negotiating billion-dollar deals, and resolving federal and state regulatory actions. Colin shares invaluable lessons for executives on navigating complex legal and operational challenges. He holds an LL.M. in banking and finance law from Boston University School of Law, complementing his law degree from Michigan State University School of Law.
