Colin Darke is the CEO of CompliSun, with a wealth of legal and compliance experience including as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Rocket Loans and as co-founder and first Chairman of the American Fintech Council (fka OLPI). He has been instrumental in building companies, establishing legal structures and compliance systems, negotiating billion-dollar deals, and resolving federal and state regulatory actions.
Colin shares invaluable lessons for executives on navigating complex legal and operational challenges.
He holds an LL.M. in banking and finance law from Boston University School of Law, complementing his law degree from Michigan State University School of Law.
