Student Affairs Office

As a BU Law student, you can take advantage of the many programs and resources offered by the law school and the larger university. Many of these programs are offered through BU Law’s Student Affairs Office.

The Student Affairs Office empowers students to co-create an engaged, inclusive community where all students can thrive. This begins by welcoming students through orientation programs that help you to build your community of support. It ends with farewell celebrations where faculty come together to celebrate our graduates. In the ensuing 3 years, we advocate for students, support student organizations, host community and wellness events, assist students facing personal challenges that can arise in law school, and connect students to the resources they need to succeed.

Not sure where to begin or whether we’re your best resource? Whether you’re seeking information about getting involved, connecting with counseling resources, or requesting disability accommodations, Student Affairs can assist you. The office also offers guidance for student leaders, and inclusion and belonging programming, and special events for the law school community. We welcome and encourage you to visit the Student Affairs Office in Suite 510, call us at 617-358-1800, email studaff@bu.edu, or schedule an appointment with a team member (links in profiles below).

The Student Affairs team wants to see you make the most of your time at BU Law. We’ll be ready to help or to identify those who can.
