About

Library Technology & Discovery Services (LTDS) is responsible for the core systems for discovery of library resources, integrations between systems and IS&T, and the Libraries’ websites. Established in 2022, LTDS is focused on the BU 2030 strategic priorities for expanding access to digital resources, services, and the overall user experience of libraries online presence.

Initiatives

Our activities include a complete refresh of our websites extending over 2024-2026, including a new BU Digital Library showcasing BU Libraries Special Collections, a newly redesigned home page and website, and engaging with our community to improve user experience for library services.
