Arrival and Check-In

CHECK-IN: Check-in is mandatory for ALL students living in BULA Housing.

Spring 25 – Check in Wednesday January 22nd
Summer 25 – Check in Wednesday May 28th
Fall 25 – Check in Wednesday September 3rd

Time: Noon to 4:00 PM (subject to change)
Location: Location will be emailed to you the week prior to arrival

Details: Once you arrive, the first thing to do is check-in with BULA staff. We will have you fill out some paperwork and then hand you over the apartment keys (if you are living in BULA housing).

PLEASE BRING WITH YOU TO CHECK-IN
1. Your BU ID (or other school ID if applicable)
2. Car information for parking (if you will have a car in LA): license, license plate #, registration, and car rental agreement if renting. (If you are renting a car and do not have the auto information at the time of check-in it is okay. You will have to provide the information once you have obtained your car.)

Plane delayed?
Check-in closes at 4PM.  You will be emailed details about who to contact if late.
