Recommended Printers

The best printers chosen by those who know them best.

So, MarCom won’t be printing your job—but you still need a professional print job and you don’t know where to start. We’re still here to help. Below is a list of recommended print vendors for you, chosen by our print team. They know which vendors offer the best combination of quality, value, service, and sustainable practices for every type and size of job. In some cases, you can even take advantage of volume discounts we’ve negotiated that apply University-wide. And, if you need us, we’re still here to help you find the right printer for your job or help you contact them for a quote.

Below are three categories of print vendors, ranging from smaller, simpler jobs (Category 1) to larger and/or more complex (Category 3). Each vendor has a variety of equipment, services, and capabilities; often, they can offer several different solutions for your job. As part of our Commercial Print Program, each vendor has signed a Master Service Agreement with BU Sourcing to make payment easy.

If you have additional questions, please see our frequently asked questions page or contact our Commercial Printing Team.

Also, please note that the Artcraft Company is the University’s supplier of official stationery and the Boston University Shuttle (The BUS) advertising posters. To order from Artcraft, please follow the instructions on the stationery page on our website.
