MET IT is your primary contact for all IT-related services and support at Metropolitan College. To address all requests promptly, our team works closely with BU IS&T. The MET IT team is comprised of seven full-time professionals and 10-15 student technicians.

Help Center Regular Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9 AM – 9 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Sunday: 9 AM – 5 PM (Remote Only)
Closed on Holidays and Intersessions
