MET IT department is the primary contact for All IT-related services and support for all Metropolitan College faculty and staff. We work closely with BU IS&T to make sure that all IT requests are addressed promptly. MET IT team comprises seven full-time professionals and 10-15 student employees.

Winter Break Help Desk Hours:

December 21 – January 1

Monday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm REMOTE SUPPORT ONLY

January 2 – January 20

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm IN-PERSON
Saturday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm REMOTE SUPPORT ONLY
