MET IT Staff

Julia Burstein – Director, MET IT
Oversees delivery of MET IT services and support at three locations. Manages a team of IT professionals and student employees.

Adam Brilla – Classroom and Event Technologies Support
Responsible for all audio/video technology in MET spaces, as well as room reservation tools. Provides technical consultation for MET events and oversees related technical support. Manages the MET Media Studio.

Daniel Mitrano – Virtual and Hybrid Events Support
Responsible for leading and executing on a wide range of meetings and events. Acts as the central point of contact for event organizers and participants. Provides technical consultation for MET events and oversees related technical support. Edits and publishes event content, creates guidelines and training materials.

Edgard Hernandez – Virtualization Services Support
Responsible for support the development and delivery of MET programs with technology-enhanced courses. Collaborates with faculty directly to incorporate both established and emerging technologies in support of teaching and learning. Manages the MET Virtual Labs.

Michael Graziano – Technical Knowledge Support
Responsible for the development of guides and trainings for the services and technologies supported by MET IT. Provides one-on-one trainings for employees. Acts as project manager for projects between MET IT and MET departments. Manages the MET IT website.

Steven Hastings – Cloud Systems Support
Responsible for planning, implementing and supporting MET’s administrative and cloud systems.

Tong Cui – Administrative and Academic Computing Support
Responsible for maintaining client technology for around 200 users and 400 computers at three locations. Manages the MET IT Help Desk.
