While Zoom Meetings are designed for collaborative events where participants have open discussion, Zoom Webinars are designed for large presentations with a designated host and panelists.
When scheduling your event you have the ability to use a Zoom Webinar, which includes features such as:
- Up to 1000 participants
- A Q&A feature for participants to ask questions
- The ability to hold a practice session prior to going live
- A number of reports to determine attendance and engagement

What reports are available and what data do they provide?
- Registration Report: Displays a list of registrants and their registration details.
Only available if registration was enabled when the webinar was first configured. - Attendee Report: Displays details about each attendee.
This information may be incomplete and difficult to analyze if registration is not enabled. - Performance Report: Displays engagement statistics on registration, attendance and feedback.
