Meeting Space at MET – Meeting Suite

Room 420 at 1010 Commonwealth Avenue acts as our multi-use meeting & event space, and is available during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Monday through Friday. All audio & visual equipment in this space is MET IT supported and operated. When submitting your request, please ensure you include information on your audio/visual needs. In addition, the event organizer is responsible for providing adequate staff to manage attendees as well as clean-up after the event.
This room cannot be used for classes.

Please use the Conference Room Request Form in order to schedule your meeting. Requests for special events or use outside of normal business hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability of the room. Please anticipate at least 1 hour to receive a response for normal requests and 1 business day to receive a response for special requests.

  • Face-to-Face Meetings (No Technology Needed)
  • Face-to-Face Break-Out Sessions for two groups (Laptop to Display Screen)
  • Web Conferencing (Laptop, Conference PC, Webcam, Microphone, Display)

  • Wireless or HDMI Connection for display purposes
  • Two Samsung TV/Display Screens
  • Two Ceiling Mounted Microphones
  • Two Vaddio Cameras

Occupancy Limit:

  • Staff Meeting w/ Tables (Hollow Square) – 24 people
  • Lecture Style w/ Tables (Rows) – 20 people
  • Seated Lecture (Rows). No Tables – 30 people
