The constant changes in technology that occur on a near daily basis can be frustrating to deal with when you are working. Our Learning Portal is your knowledge library for all the technologies you use regularly. Everyone has a different way of digesting knowledge, so we provide you with several different formats:

• Quick Start Guide Library – one-page guides to standard technologies.
• Tutorial Videos – 2-5 minute videos on various topics, such as Blackboard and Zoom.
• Instructor-Led Training – Opportunities for training with a MET IT or MET ETI staff member.
• Past Training Recordings – Library of past training sessions for your review at any time.

IT Onboarding

In an effort to assist our new hires come up to speed on the various technologies they will be using during their day-to-day tasks, MET IT offers One-on-One Training sessions that cover the following topics:

• Confirmation of account access to all required services
• Brief overview of key tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
• Important resources regarding cyber security, privacy and IT training
