Here is the zip folder containing the MATLAB scripts for determining traction forces on PAA gels from Bunde et al. 2022 (in preparation), as well as a pair of practice images. Please note that this was created using MATLAB 2012 and requires the MATLAB imaging toolbox. All of the files required to complete the analysis should be included within the folders.
