Haviland Wright began lecturing in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Boston University while he was managing a software-as-a-service technology company headquartered in Boston. His experience spans a variety of industries and statistical applications, including pattern recognition for document processing, data analysis for regulatory compliance and decision support, quality and yield analysis for semiconductor and liquid crystal display manufacturing, hardware systems for optical correlation, materials development for photonics applications, and financial information analysis for mutual funds. He has served on the faculties of the University of Colorado and the University of Denver.
