Leadership Reimagined: Women Leading Authentically Workshop

In this dynamic 90-minute workshop, we’ll dive into a seldom-discussed factor explaining why women are less likely than men to pursue leadership roles, and why those who do often feel they need to change who they are to succeed. We’ll challenge conventional notions of power and leadership, giving you the space to reflect, redefine, and reclaim your unique leadership style. By the end of this workshop, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of confidence in your natural leadership strengths.This workshop is open to all BU students, staff and faculty interested in the topic.
