Sydney Malaspina PT, DPT

Sydney is a Boston University neurologic physical therapy resident. As part of the residency program, she is a member of Center for Neurorehabilitation team. During the residency, Sydney will spend six months at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center treating patients with neurological conditions in an acute setting, and six months at Spaulding in Medford, treating patients with neurologic diagnoses in an outpatient setting. She is also a lab assistant in the Boston University Doctor of Physical Therapy Neurological Systems course. Originally from Middlebury, Connecticut, Sydney received a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Health Studies and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. She started working as a physical therapist in December 2021. In addition to being a physical therapist, Sydney is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. In her free time Sydney enjoys working out, listening to country music, and being active outdoors.
