I only recently realized that I am a first-generation college graduate (even though I was unaware of it when I was a student), and I remember the challenges — financial, social, emotional, etc. So I’m hoping that I can be a source of understanding and validation for current students who are figuring their own way through the many processes of being a current first-gen undergrad or grad student.
